EBF is now recruiting for the second cohort of the Early Career Leadership (ECL) Coaching Program!

ECL equips young talent in the media, entertainment and technology industries with tools to manage their careers, navigate the world of business and develop the leadership skills that are necessary to achieve their goals.

Open to professionals of color working in the media space with up to 5 years of professional experience, ECL is a six-month group coaching program that combines formal instruction, guest speakers and interactive group coaching sessions. The bi-weekly, two-hour virtual sessions focus on:

  • Leadership
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Executive presence
  • Career management and more.

Internship Applications Reopen This Fall

The T. Howard Foundation’s Internship Program is dedicated to improving the participation of diverse and underrepresented groups in the media and entertainment industry. This is accomplished by recruiting diverse and underrepresented college students from public and private academic institutions across the country.

In addition to a full-time paid summer internship, the Foundation’s comprehensive approach to diversity also provides talented interns with networking opportunities, professional development training, scholarships, mentors and much more!
