We are a voice for the programmers, operators, creators, and talent that touch every aspect of our collective industries. Some of the important issues that we are tackling in 2023 and beyond include:

• Diverse representation on screen and behind the camera.
• Delivering diverse programming that reflects the wide range of ethnicities, cultures, genders, and races that make up the viewing population.
• Strengthening the talent pipeline in our industry by recruiting, retaining, and promoting diverse and skilled talent in communities and companies across the nation.
• Working with partner organizations to highlight their successes, create a platform for their unique stories, and find solutions to their challenges.
