Held in conjunction with Diversity Week and The WICT Network Leadership Conference, we will honor the year’s best and brightest for their embodiment of The WICT Network Touchstones of Leadership, which serve as the origin for all of our initiatives.
The Touchstones Luncheon will recognize those leaders and organizations that are paving the way for the development of women in media, entertainment and technology. 37th Annual NAMIC Conference
Registrations are open for the 37th Annual NAMIC Conference. Attendees will learn from more than 50 experts during 20 hours of education sessions and seminars. In addition to networking events, offering attendees opportunities to reconnect and network with peers, share best practices, and learn in practical workshops, trainings and general sessions led by industry leaders and other experts.
The conference theme, “Our Legacy, A Mosaic of Possibilities”— underscores our legacy of empowering diversity, equity, access and inclusion in the media, entertainment, and technology industries. It promotes our shared responsibility and legacy for DEAI – one that brings a mosaic of possibilities.

EBF Fellow Program
The Emma Bowen Fellows Program provides multi-year internships to students of color at media companies across the country. Each student works as a paid summer intern for each summer following their selection as an Emma Bowen Foundation Fellow through their college graduation, gaining significant on-the-job training in their field and making connections with colleagues and mentors that last a lifetime. Fellows graduate with invaluable work experience and a head-start in whichever career they choose.
We work to educate and place students in all areas of the industry, and focus on three programming tracks – the Business (Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, etc.), Content (News Production, Broadcast Journalism, and Print Journalism), and Innovation (Engineering, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Coding, etc.).

T. Howard Alumni Network
Across the country, THF alumni are making an impact on the media and entertainment industry at all levels. Since the first class of 14 interns during the summer of 1995, the program has been the launching pad for success to over 1,200 T. Howard Foundation alumni.
The relationship between the Foundation and THF interns doesn’t end with their internships. Upon successful completion of a THF internship, interns are considered “THF Alumni” and gain access to additional resources as well as ongoing support and opportunities to “Pay it Forward.” Active alumni stay connected to the Foundation by attending events and serving as guest speakers, panelists and mentors to future T. Howard alumni.
