CableFax will host its most Powerful Women Luncheon on Thursday, December 5, at 583 Park Avenue from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm (ET).  The Luncheon celebrates 50 of the media and entertainment industry’s most successful leaders.

4th Annual Innovation & Inclusion Awards

The Digital Diversity Network (DDN) will host their 4th Annual Innovation & Inclusion Awards reception and ceremony–an inspirational evening with diverse tech professionals–on Thursday, November 14, from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (ET) at LinkedIn in New York City.  The complete list of honorees may be found here.   Event includes an awards ceremony and fireside chats with honorees moderated by Ryann Richardson, tech founder, diversity & inclusion leader and Miss Black America.

Veterans in Media & Entertainment is a nonprofit networking organization that unites current and former members of the military working in the film and television industry.

Founded in 2012 as a grassroots movement VME is a professional association of U.S. military veterans working in, or aspiring to work in, media and entertainment. Members come from creative and corporate leadership positions to production trades and artisans, and at all career levels. With 3,000 members across the nation, their footprint is currently concentrated in film, television, digital media, theater, music, and gaming. VME is headquarter in Los Angeles with new chapters in NYC, Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta/Savannah, and Washington, DC.
