Guests attending the fundraising dinner will be accorded a specially-negotiated room rate of $399-plus tax, per night. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for reserving rooms was August 25th. You may still contact the hotel directly to make reservations, but please note that rates are subject to hotel availability at time of booking. Group rates may no longer be available. If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Any changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
