To commemorate the thirty-year milestone, the event will recognize individuals and organizations whose lives and personal stories have been touched by the Foundation’s work over the last three decades. The Foundation is actively seeking individuals who have attended or participated in any of its programs over the years to feature in its spotlight. This includes programs such as the Hollywood Creative Forum, the Millennials Master Class, any of its Supplier Diversity Workshops, the Howard University School of Business Executive Leadership Honors Program, or any one of the many events and programs presented or sponsored in part by the Walter Kaitz Foundation.

As a member of the extended family, you are invited to be a part of our “30 Stories” feature a 30th Anniversary tribute to the organization and its namesake. Inspired by ESPN’s own 30th anniversary celebration that led to the launch of its very successful documentary series “30 for 30” in 2009, the series will provide a retrospective of the history of the Foundation from the perspective of industry leaders, movers and shakers who have supported the Foundation’s decades-long mission to advocate for diversity in cable telecommunications.

The special event signifies 30 years of an unparalleled industry effort to rally around diversity as a cornerstone of who we are and what we stand for. And we’ve got some surprises in store for you that are going to make for a memorable evening.
