A unique, one-day Master Class designed by the Kaitz Foundation to educate “Millennials” about the cable industry by providing exposure to business trends and opportunities in cable telecommunications and digital media and giving participants direct access to industry leaders. Each year, the Walter Kaitz Foundation hosts its Millennials Program during The Cable Show, the cable industry’s annual trade show organized by National Cable & Telecommunication Association.
Participants hear from an impressive array of executives who share their knowledge of unique opportunities that exist in their respective disciplines. They also have access to the cable industry’s largest exhibit floor which features presentations from cable programmers, operators and technology experts. Through the program, participating companies will have access to a diverse talent pool of Millennials for potential internships and hiring opportunities.
Women and multi-ethnic students currently enrolled in two-year, four-year or graduate programs at accredited institutions of learning are strongly encouraged to participate. Confirmed participants who attend the entire program will be eligible to receive one of three book scholarships.
