Walter-Kaitz Foundation MULTI-CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS

 

  • NAMIC - National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications -- The premier organization focusing on ethnic diversity in the communications industry. Founded 25 years ago as a non-profit trade association, today NAMIC is comprised of nearly 2,000 professionals belonging to a network of 19 chapters nationwide.
  • National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. – An organization designed to match more than 15,000 minority-owned businesses (Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American) with member corporations wanting to purchase goods and services. 
  • Rainbow PUSH Coalition – Social change organization dedicated to helping many cultures, races, and religions with grassroots and political action.
  • Management Leadership for Tomorrow – A national non-profit that has made ground-breaking progress developing the next generation of African American, Hispanic and Native American leaders in major corporations, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.
  • The National GEM Consortium – The National GEM Consortium's primary focus is to administer and award full fellowships with paid internships to highly qualified under-represented students who wish to pursue graduate studies in engineering or science.
