The Walter Kaitz Foundation is proud to present the 2011 Hollywood Creative Forum- Credentialed Meet & Greet (HCF-CMG), in association with HCF-CMG Founding Sponsor, the Scripps Network, on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at The Beverly Hills Country Club. 

The HCF-CMG brings together cable networks and production companies to meet invited and vetted professionals of color with mid-to-upper level producing, directing and/or writing/story producing credits for nationally aired non-fiction/reality programs. The HCF-CMG is a complimentary, industry-sponsored event targeting all genres in non-fiction/reality programming to promote diversity, pursuant to the Foundation’s mission.

The HCF-CMG includes a keynote address, a “Meet and Greet” section, and an industry panel. Attendees will also have networking opportunities during the HCF-CMG’s complimentary breakfast and lunch.

The keynote speaker is Marvin V. Acuna, acclaimed Executive Producer and Co-Creator of Bravo’s highly-anticipated music competition series, Platinum Hit, hosted by four-time Grammy nominee, Jewel. Also, featured on the show as a judge is award-winning songwriter Kara DioGuardi, formerly of American Idol.

The first HCF-CMG was held in Los Angeles during the NCTA’s Cable Show in May 2010. Special participants included: Emmy-winning writer-producer, Ali LeRoi; former President of Fox Television Studios, Emiliano Calemzuk; Jane Olson, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Brand Strategy, Oxygen Media; Cooking Channel general manager, Michael Smith; Omelet branding agency co-founder, Steven Amato; and Google New Business Development executive, Sunil Dahluvoy.

There is NO FEE to participate in the HCF-CMG.
